REFUNDS
- We check our product before ship out, to ensure there is no missing parts, broken or colour fade issue. We also pack our product it a right way to make sure it won't broken during the shipping.
- If you change your mind before the item ship out, or buy a wrong items, we accept a full refund before your item has been shipped.
- We don't accept a refund for the following situation, including after the item ship out (Meaning already sent a fulfillment email to you), or any cause during the shipping (which including product broken, box open by custom, water soaking, bugs invasion and all other cause which can't control during the transportation).
RETURNS
- We do not cover any shipping cost if you want to returning our product. Any shipping cost of exchange also need to pay by the customer.
EU Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights regulations, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day they receive their goods. To exercise this right, you may click the "Withdraw from Contract Here" button available on our platform.
To ensure a smooth process, please carefully read our return conditions below:
- Return Shipping Fees: The direct cost of returning the goods is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return shipping labels, and shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
- Condition for Full Refund (Unopened Items): To receive a 100% full refund, the product must be returned completely unopened in its original, sealed packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Opened Packaging (Partial Refund): If the product packaging has been opened, unsealed, or damaged, the product has depreciated in value. In line with EU regulations regarding diminished value, a 30% restocking and handling fee will be deducted. You will receive a 70% partial refund of the product price.
- Used Products (No Refund): If the product shows any signs of actual use, wear, or damage that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item (similar to what is permitted in a physical retail store), no refund will be issued, and the return will be rejected.
- The 14-Day Deadline: You must ship the return package back to us within 14 days from the date you clicked the "Withdraw" button. Returns shipped after this statutory 14-day period will strictly not be accepted for a refund.
- Refund Processing: We exercise our legal Right of Retention. Your refund will be processed and issued only after our warehouse has successfully received, inspected, and verified the condition of your returned package.
