H2 Racing Developmemt selling high quality RC products, with a reasonable price. We also providing a quality after sales service to our customers worldwide.

Beside of our H2RD brand, we are also official distributor of the following brands: ISDT, ToolkitRC, Radiomaster, Flysky,  DoubleE, Mcdodo and GX Servo.

We are official dealer for the SkyRC, Caddx, Hota and GensACE products. 

H2RD provide the following warranty terms for these products.

H2RD brand products
- Free exchange for any defect parts related to manufacturing issue 
- Free provide any missing parts because of package issue 
- Oversea exchange, customer may need to pay for a shipment handling cost

ISDT batteries management products
- 7 days free exchange for all ISDT products which have quailty defect problem (HK only)
- 1 year free inspection, labor and parts charge (ESC70, A4, PD60, BG-8S and PC-4860 are not included)
- Free software update
- Online technical support
- Oversea customer also provide a 1 year warranty, while customer may need to pay for a shipment handling cost

ToolkitRC products
- 7 days free exchange for product defect problem (HK only)
- 1 year free inspection, labor and parts fee warranty for charger products (Accessories products not included) 
- Oversea customer also provide a 1 year warranty, while customer may need to pay for a shipment handling cost

SkyRC products
- 7 days free exchange for product defect problem (HK only)
- 1 year free inspection, labor and parts fee warranty 
- Oversea customer also provide a 1 year warranty, while customer may need to pay for a shipment handling cost

Radiomaster products
- 7 days free exchange for all ISDT products which have quailty defect problem (HK only)
- 1 year free inspection, labor and parts fee warranty (Receiver, batteries, plastic/metal parts are not included.)
- Oversea customer also provide a 1 year warranty, while customer may need to pay for a shipment handling cost

Flysky products
- 7 days free exchange for product defect problem (HK only)
- 1 year free inspection, labor and parts fee warranty (Transmitter only, receiver and parts are not cover) 
- Oversea customer also provide a 1 year warranty, while customer may need to pay for a shipment handling cost

Double E products
- 7 days free exchange for product defect problem (HK only)
- Half year free inspection and labor warranty for RTR products (Replacement parts are not included)

Mcdodo products
- 7 days free exchange for product defect problem (HK only)
- 1 year free inspection, labor and parts fee warranty (USB adapter only) 

GX Servo products
- 7 days free exchange for product defect problem (HK only)
- 1 year warranty for the brushless motor, for the BLS model
- 3 years free or charge parts exchange (Including motor gear, second to fourth stage gear, weather seal o-ring)

To fulfill the warranty terms, the following requirement are needed:
- Need to provide the official receipt from the official dealer
- Need to provide the warranty sticker with the product

For electronic products, if there are extra charge need to pay due to parts exchange or shipping, we will inform the customer before the repairing.

Any cancel repairing within the warranty period is free of charge. Product over the warranty period, inspection fee will need to pay before further checking. Inspection fee will not return if cancel repairing.
